New Head of Evolis: Christophe Peraudeau succeeds Emmanuel Picot
After 25 years of continuous growth and successful integration into the HID Global/ASSA ABLOY group last year, Evolis is preparing to take a new step in its development. Christophe Peraudeau, a key figure in the company for the past 17 years, has officially assumed the role of VP, Head of Evolis, succeeding Emmanuel Picot.
A proud handover with a clear focus on the future
Evolis founder and long-time leader Emmanuel Picot announced the change with a mixture of pride and emotion. He declared: « Today, it’s time to take a new step, and it’s with a sense of joy, pride, and also a certain emotion that I officially hand over the reins of Evolis to Christophe ».
Christophe Peraudeau, 48, joined Evolis 17 years ago as a Product Manager. Seven years later, he was promoted to Product Marketing Manager, then Marketing Director in 2019. He has been a key player in strategic decisions that have positioned Evolis as a leader in its sector. « I am very proud to take up the torch and grateful for the trust placed in me by both Emmanuel and our new group. Evolis has a solid foundation of trust and reliability, built by talented teams and thousands of partners who are true ambassadors around the world. A confident transition to guarantee continuity and stability
The handover began several months ago, alongside Picot and with the support of the HID group. Peraudeau will be supported by Jérôme Miermont, Chief Operating Officer, as well as the entire current Executive Committee team. Emmanuel Picot will continue to assist with the transition until his planned departure at the end of June 2025.
Biography Christophe Peraudeau
Christophe Peraudeau, 48, graduated from EDHEC Business School in 1999, then in 2018 with an MBA from Audencia. He began his career at Sony as Product Manager in 2000, where he was soon promoted to Area Marketing Manager for Southwest Europe.
He joined Evolis in 2007, marking the start of a rich professional adventure, where he quickly contributed to the launch of a number of flagship products.
In 2014, his expertise in marketing and management led him to the position of Global Product Marketing Manager,
where he worked closely with CEO Emmanuel Picot to define and implement the Group’s product strategy.
In 2019, Peraudeau was appointed Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee, steering
marketing strategy on an international scale. With 17 years of experience at Evolis, Peraudeau was appointed VP, Head of Evolis in September 2024.
